JOYLAND PLAYHOUSE

1. Venue hire requires a minimum-spend deposit + a $500 cleaning and venue deposit. If everything is left in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. After your booking, please return all facilities and equipment to their original places. Please take good care of the facilities – any damage must be paid for at cost.
2. To keep the venue clean, everyone must take off their shoes and wear grip socks before entering. Socks can be bought from our staff at $20 a pair.
3. No eating or drinking outside the dining area – a $500 cleaning fee applies if found. In case of vomiting / toilet accidents, an $800 cleaning fee applies.
4. Only masking tape (crepe paper tape) may be used for decorations.
5. We suggest starting to pack up 10 minutes before your session ends so you can leave on time. If you stay more than 10 minutes over time, the $500 deposit will be deducted as an overtime fee.
6. Please look after your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss.
7. Parents are responsible for assessing the risks of the facilities. By letting your child take part, you agree that the company is not liable for any claims or legal responsibility arising from any accident.

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
• Everyone who enters is charged, regardless of how long they stay.
• Changes to the date / time must be requested at least 21 days before the event. You can reschedule once only (to an available date within 60 days of the original date).
• If a Red or Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force, you can reschedule for free to an available date within 60 days after the original date (if you choose to go ahead as planned, you do so at your own risk).
